Triberg – Cuckoo clocks have been a top export from the Black Forest for 300 years. In the municipality of Triberg (Schwarzwald-Baar district), the tradition of clockmaking has been upheld since its inception.
Since 1994, the world's largest cuckoo clock has been chiming in the Eble Clock Park, located directly on the B33 at the northern edge of Triberg. The souvenir shop is a magnet for tourists from all over the world to stock up on Black Forest souvenirs.

Clock of superlatives in Triberg: Clockwork weighs six tons, pendulum measures eight meters
The clock in Triberg was recreated at a scale of 60:1 based on an original cuckoo clock mechanism and can be viewed inside. The clock is a one-off piece. The largest wheel diameter is 2.60 meters. The mechanism weighs six tons, and the pendulum is eight meters long.
