HYT H2 - the watch with a fluid time display

The H2 is HYT 's second model with a liquid time display. This hand-wound watch, housed in a black DLC-coated titanium case and featuring the HYT caliber, uses a fluorescent liquid in a tube to indicate the hours.

The luminous liquid displaces a transparent liquid; both are stored in two angled bellows to the right and left of an engraved plaque bearing the number six. When the luminous liquid reaches the six, the left bellows draws the liquid back to the beginning of the scale in ten seconds.

A large hand with a red and white marking and a transparent scale are responsible for the minutes.

In addition, the H2 has two useful extra functions: opposite the crown position indicator at the 3 o'clock position, there is a temperature display. Since liquids expand or contract depending on the temperature, slight fluctuations can occur despite state-of-the-art technology.

The indicator informs the wearer about the condition of the fluid and thus the expected inaccuracy of the reading. The double mainspring barrel, visible from the back, ensures a power reserve of 8 days.

The H2 is equipped with an anthracite-colored, rubberized crocodile leather strap and will be produced in a limited edition of 50 units. The price is €110,000.
