The class of pocket watches is called pocket watches; this term has been omitted for wristwatches.
The designation of the calibers changed in 1962: Instead of the prefix J, a 6 was placed in front of the small watches.
Although the calibers were often no longer produced after 1962, the numbers were changed accordingly and appear, for example, in the lists of spare parts suppliers with a leading 6 and a suffix after the dot.
The Junghans J80 became the caliber 680.XX
For this reason, there are duplicate listings of the calibers, for example under J93 and later listed again under 693.
Over the decades, duplicate caliber numbers have been assigned to completely different calibers. This also means that numbers can appear twice or more than once.
