The legendary wooden folding sundial by Ernst Christoph Stockert from Nuremberg - after all, over 250 years old - is the legend and most famous among the early pocket sundials

The outer paper sticker listing many cities is almost completely missing. The inner "dial" with Roman numerals in the hinged lid is relatively well preserved, but with visible signs of age (250 years!!!) - the signature "Stockert a Bavaria" is clearly legible - the part surrounding the compass is 60% intact, the Arabic "dial" is clearly legible, but the lower decorations are incomplete (see photos).
Half of the rear "hinge" and its eyelets are missing (it was just wire, easy to repair) as well as the cord that held the hinged lid at a 90-degree angle and indicated the time by casting a shadow when handled correctly.
A super rare, museum-quality, 250-year-old artifact with clear signs of age and use, but also easy to restore by a layperson (if desired, the missing paper sticker on the outside as well as the incomplete Arabic hour scale can be printed out in the correct size from good photos on the Internet and completely reattached). The artifact is currently in its historical condition.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall expire after fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, takes possession of the goods. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
