Chronometers are known to be the highest quality level a watch can achieve. Every luxury watch entitled to bear the "chronometer" designation has been tested for days and weeks at a Swiss observatory before receiving chronometer certification after passing the test.

Stainless steel case with white dial and date display, width with crown 40 mm, 100 m water resistant, luminous hands and numerals, quick date setting, genuine leather strap not original but in mint condition

The magnificent luxury watch starts and runs continuously (accuracy not tested)

EZ: 2: well preserved, few visible signs of age and wear except for many scratches on the case and back, but these can be largely polished away by any good watchmaker for 50 euros, dial unrestored flawless, runs smoothly

Mühle-Glashütte GmbH builds on the tradition of the family business established in Glashütte in 1869. Originally, the company manufactured precision measuring instruments for the local watchmaking industry, later producing high-quality nautical instruments for the marine industry.

Even today, cruise ships, such as the AIDA fleet, as well as luxury yachts, are equipped with chronometers and ship clock systems from Mühle. Since Hans-Jürgen Mühle returned the company to family ownership in 1994 , Mühle has also been producing high-quality mechanical wristwatches . Today, this division is the core business of the traditional Glashütte company.

The company Robert Mühle & Son was founded in 1869 by Robert Mühle .
He took his son Arthur Max Mühle on as a co-owner of this company.
Later, his two younger sons, Otto Paul Mühle
and Alfred Otto Mühle , also co-owner of the company.

Mühle & Sohn manufactured precision mechanical devices and measuring instruments.
